The Windsor Downtown Alliance (WDA) recognizes the importance of establishing an Economic Vitality/Budget Committee to implement the National Main Street Approach principles. The purpose of the Economic Vitality/Budget Committee is to serve in an advisory capacity to the WDA Board of Directors (WDA Board) to assist the WDA Board in supporting the economic growth and development of downtown Windsor in alignment with the WDA's goals and objectives.
